Our beautiful Sbiroli pasta comes from the heel of the boot of Italy, in Apulia, where durum wheat grows in abundance and is reknowned for it’s qua-lity. Produced using traditional processing techniques, Sbiroli extrudes the dough through bronze dyes, which lends the perfect texture to the pasta for holding sauces. We offer you both an Arso grain Orecchiette as well as a line of naturally flavored linguine pasta – choose from Squid Ink, Garlic and Basil, Lemon & Pepper, Truffle and more.
